First open on a Mac

  1. Unzip the download, then find Tony-ESL.app.
  2. If macOS blocks it, do not double-click again. Instead right-click (or Control-click) the app → OpenOpen.
  3. After that, normal double-click works.
  4. Import a flashcard pack, pick a game, play. Pause with Esc or Enter (or a custom key in Settings).

This release is not Apple-signed, so Gatekeeper may warn once. That is expected.

Check your download (optional)

Confirm the zip was not damaged or swapped before you open it. You only need SHA-256.

How to check on a Mac
  1. Download Tony-ESL-mac.zip from this page.
  2. Open Terminal (Applications → Utilities → Terminal).
  3. Type cd ~/Downloads and press Return.
  4. Type shasum -a 256 Tony-ESL-mac.zip and press Return.
  5. Match the code to the SHA-256 above. Exact match = good to unzip. Different = re-download; do not open that file.
